I stopped using meth 3 1/2 years ago when I left Arizona and returned to my hometown in Wisconsin.
I came home and shifted my addiction to cocaine and alcohol, then finally got into recovery.
My sobriety aniversary is also my birthday (september 7th ) I made a promise to myself and to God that 40 was going to be a turning point for me, and I have
kept that promise an this sept. will have 2 years.
I have 2 grown daughters, a 12 year old son, and an 11 month old grandaughter, who will by the grace of god, never know a spun out messed up gramma.
There is a Hell,..............I was there. But I know it wasn't God's will for me and I don't ever have to go back there

Good Afternoon Amy!
Thank-you! I feel pretty excited....a bit nervous...but really excited. Thank-you for the vote of confidence.....(my avatar is a photo of an oil pastel drawing i recently did ...of our chairs in the old house that burned to the ground....it is the one and so far only art project that i have done since getting off meth...hopefully...no....Definately...More to Follow!!!)
